Hi all,

I've been having troubles with my set up but couldn't find my Victron mk2 to see what was going on.  I've now found and connected it and have a problem...  My batteries aren't getting up to voltage via the Victron and I couldn't work out why but when I've used ve configure today I see the vdc reading from the Victron is 66.3v which explains it not charging yet the battery is 48.6v. To test it I set the low volt to 46 and put the kettle on and the low battery light lit but it still shows 66.3v under load....  Anybody got any ideas? Is the a major reset? Disconnect for 12hrs type of thing etc?

I'm willing to try any ideas, tests or old wives tales...

Cheers

Look at the manual.

You can download it off victron website. ( If I sent you copy I have downloaded, I may breech copyright as I do not own said device)

Is there a battery fuse fitted between the battery and victron unit or is it inside the victron. Is the fuse fitted or blown. That may explain lack of charge.

Good luck

Lol, thanks blob, I did try but it's above my head...  I missed and kicked my batteries...

Thanks Phillip, I have got a manual but it doesn't think it's at fault, it just thinks it's seeing 66.3v from the battery Sad

Cheers
