Hi guys, anybody got any 1400 or higher sg acid please? I'm trying to resuscitate my batteries and need a top up and balance.

Cheers

I've got a barrel of battery acid in the garage somewhere. Not sure of the SG. It's just standard stuff for adding to car batteries supplied acid free.

I meant when the batteries are supplied acid-free, not that the barrel of fluid is acid free!!

In the old days, batteries were supplied without acid - so garages used to add the acid at time of installation. These days, due to H&S I don't think jobsworths are allowed to handle acid so only water is added now.

Anyway, battery acid available if you need it.
