Hi All,

Just looking for some help.
I have a Victorian Villa and the soffit on the gable end is in dire need of replacement.
We plan to build a single storey extension in 12 months time so would like to consider replacing the old rotten timbers with something different.

Once the extension is constructed access will be severely restricted.
Is there any products on the market that have a decent lifespan.

If possible I don't want any Upvc but as a last resort may consider it.
Colour would be black.
Thanks
