For me , i have to say ,  i am happy  to be an European  and  it is also  up to me , what to do and how to act
I understand , that  we need an enemy  to fight , but  also  the energy of a fight could be benificial for a greater idea

Now it starts, we had managed to keep these forums Brexit free   facepalm

The funny thing about the list is that it is far too short. Our paper's love the fact that they can report whatever any politician from anywhere in the EU at whatever level as 'fact' and something that will happen. 99.9% of the time it would be about the same as claiming a statement from someone on a parish council was about to change UK law

You can find a much better list at the Euromyths site here

... in my eyes ,  not much to do with Brexit !  More to do  with beeing paralysed  and distracted

It is pretty important to concentrate  on renewable energy  and make this an important point on   the to do list   and this is not a national  thing

One thing that really bothers me is that in dealing with the environmental problems (and many others too delicate to mention here,  stir) we would do best to co-operate and work as a team, Country/Europe/World wide. Yet increasingly it seems more and more "I'm all right Jack and f**k the rest"  powered in a large part by misinformation and downright lies.

How are we ever gonna save a Planet like that??

... there is no chance to  inform or transform  our way of living , while we get paralyzed  by missinformation

It is scary   to see how much force  , example;   here in Ireland is pumped  into not  letting microgenerators of green Energy  developp https://greennews.ie/ireland-trying-water-down-renewable-energy-directive-eu-document-reveals/

simply there is no time  left to concentrate on luxery topics

I think my joke was missed, perhaps I should have said 'Amen to that, Comrade'.

My view on laws, is that I simply don't care who makes them, Cardiff Council, National Assembly for Wales, UK parliament, EU, UN .... if they are good laws, who cares, if they are bad laws, then we should remove them. Better to all work together than to become isolationist.

Blantant lies are the order of the day, without even the semblance of truth.
I believe from the bottom up is the only way forward.
