Hi everyone, my first post, so here it goes:

I live in South Wales and am looking for an engineer to service my pump. The guy who originally fitted it has gone bust so no joy there and ICS, who supplied it are not interested in touching a domestic setup.
I would appreciate if anyone could help me.

Why would you want it serviced? There are no servicable parts on heat pumps. Its just a story to empty your bank account.

rogeriko,

I queried the need for mine to be serviced but its in the T&C's to maintain the manufacturers warranty.
