Anyone here thinking of going to the Fully Charged Live show at Silverstone in June?  Seems right up the collective streets of a lot of people on this forum?

I'd love to, but there are certain constraints on my life, so I think I'll pass on this one thanks!
£27.50 entry.
£25.00 ~ transport.

I'd go if it was local... but only to have a look around.... I doubt there isn't much they can tell me us (people of the forum) that we haven't already read or seen online?

Will be going to the all energy show in Glasgow early May. Best part it is FOC and lots of free seminars.

renewablejohn,

Thatís the one May 2nd/ 3rd? Bit of a pain it being mid-week.

Might be an interesting challenge to see if I could get the Zoe down there!

Went several times when it was held in Aberdeen, usually plenty of interesting things to see.

So did anyone here go to Fully Charged Live last weekend?  Seems it was rather successful?

I did.  A waste of about £35 and 5 hours of my time.  As I thought, it was mostly EVs and little else on the renewable front.  Also the acoustics were lousy, particularly for me as I have a hearing problem.  So very disappointed, really.

I stayed rather less than 2 hours and did not bother with a ride to/from the halls in a Tesla.  There was a 20mph speed limit on site.

I was irked by the expectation that I was going to give them my personal details and £20 for a ticket..  NBL!  I was Fred Smith with a phone number of 0123456789 (she noticed there was a missing digit, I think).  NFA for my address, no mobile phone and no internet!
