Has anyone been through the process of replacing an intermittently faulty pellet boiler with a new one (from a different manufacturer)? Ofgem and MCS cant seem to give me a definitive process of who/how to inform of the replacement or confirm if there is any impact on the customers domestic RHI payments.
I have this from ofgem which is full of contradictions and clear as mud -

I don't want to start anything until I understand the full impact of what I am doing........
