We also ended up with our best ever month, though the difference between the best may and the worst is not very much, were at least consistent here. But have to be happy with that.

Good Morning All,
Well, like Fintray, we have had another good month up here in Aberdeenshire land.
May total for the ROO/ FIT and FIT installation is 518.2kWHr and the 'extra' 1.675kW of panels (coupled with the Growatt) has delivered a further 127.7kWhr making a grand total of 645.9kWHr.
Things to be noted (possibly of interest to others):-
1. The amount of power coming from the 'extra' panels as an overall percentage has visibly improved as they have been moved to the steading roof from being propped up against the wall thereof. We're up from circa 19% contribution to 26% now although this is also biased by the Growatt contribution. Currently 5 of the 7 panels are on the roof. The Growatt battery isn't charging up to its full potential so I need to address this at some point.
2. Overall 'internal' utilisation of power produced has decreased from 77.2% to 66.2%. As detailed elsewhere this figure will deteriorate still further once the solar ET is 'fixed' (now scheduled for next week). I have no fundamental issue with exporting power but if sensible usage can be made on site then it will.
Regards
Richard

Capacity Orientation Slope Lat Total kWh/kWpk 3.15kWpk 157.0 11.0 50.9 527.39kWh 167.42
Best May since install in 2010, 3rd best month (Best June 2017 at 574kWh [190kWh/kWpk])
Might have been more but we had 5 power outages, one was for 5 hours on a nice sunny day and another for several hours in the morning, so total figure could have been around 20kWh higher.
