A friend who has a small installation with a Sunny Boy inverter has noticed that it has ceased generating.

It was installed in mid August 2011.

There is no error code, it just says no input voltage.

Any help would be gratefully received.

It would be best to give Navitron a call and see if they have any installers in your area.

Does your friend not have the details regarding the original installer? If it was done under a FiTs based contract they should have a folder with contact details and invoices. It is even possible that the inverter was sold with an extended warranty.

Why bother? - well, there is no planet B
