140 kWh / kWp


First full month with Powervault. and these are very rough approximations.

My daily use of power is approx 8 kWh / Day
With Solar PV my import is reduced to approx 5 kWh / Day
With Solar PV and Powervault the Import is approx 1.2 kWh / Day

Grid-assist battery storage

68.43 kWh harvested power
( = 61.6 kWh usable power after battery round trip)

Recent (5-yr-old) batteries will soon replace current 'mish-mash' giving 400Ah storage, so Ill be able to store/use more of the generated power.

3.87 kWp, slope 50 degrees, due south, lat 57.15

Total generation: 519kWh

Daily average: 17.3kWh

Generation per kWp: 134kWh

Daily average per kWp: 4.4kWh

PVGIS: 372kWh

%PVGIS: 139%

Best June ever.

My June effort…
Out of 196.5 Hours* of Sun & 2.2mm* of Rain My Kit managed this;

Total generation: 520 kWh!

434 kWh Jun 2017,                  
367 kWh Jun 2016,
499 kWh Jun 2015,
504 kWh Jun 2014,
472 kWh Jun 2013,
346 kWh Jun 2012,    Avg to Date= 448 kWh

PVGIS (classic)  387   kWh = 134%
PVGIS (cmsaf)   418   kWh = 124%

Daily average:  17.3 kWh

Generation per kWp: 148.5 kWh

Daily average per kWp: 4.94 kWh

Best day:   24.68  kWh – 21st

Worst day:   6.11  kWh – 17th

2nd highest monthly total, 5kWh short of last June which was my best month ever. That follows on from May which is now the 4th best since install in 2010



Just had Fit readings rejected as thye were higher than expected and outside of seasonal allowances!  So need to send them a photo! Happened this time last year as well!
