The article does say it will be removed into tankers and then "It will then be processed at a plant which turns waste into electricity."

Better send it to Argent Energy in Ellesmere port to be converted into green diesel fuel.
Not burned in a low thermal efficiency incinerator with some low pressure steam cycle!!
