A small update.

Preparation for cable laying for IFA2 is in progress but has halted whilst a sunken WW2-era bomber is removed from the seabed!

Now saying it'll be commissioned by Q4 2020.

Also, the new planned Aquind interconnector, a 2GW bi-directional link between Portsmouth and Normandy, has just put out a call for supplier tenders for all hardware elements of the programme. They're saying they will start construction in 2020.
