Never mind never hearing of that crew - I’ve not come across Toto Energy either!

Cheapest is not always best.  If there was not such a good safety net for customers of failed suppliers, I wonder how many of these ‘cheapies’ would get off the ground in the first place.  It might make a lot of users think before opting for the ‘apparent’ cheapest cost.  Service costs money.
