Hi All,

Wondering if anyone can point me to suitable power transistor replacements

I accidentally moved the inverter and caused a short, following a tear down, this has resulted in 2 power transistors going faulty.

These are SMP60N03
Other identification below this info is -10L ( triangle)
 And T530AS.

Appreciate any input anyone can offer on selection of replacement devices.

Thanks

TT

Thanks!
Didn't think of ebay!
Was looking at buying transistor equivalent book to try and understand the identification on the transistor
