Hello,

Has anyone stripped one of these down before?

If you have is it fairly easy and can I do it in situ or do I need to remove it and do it at a bench?

We use the valve for our DHW. I have piping hot water from the flate plate hx and at the hot incoming connection on the valve but only luke warm from the blended end. I can make the blended colder but cannot increase the heat.

I'm guessing after 10 years something inside is crudded up?

Any advice? Should I just bite the bullet and get a new valve or have a crack at stripping it down, clean it up, and use the ( much more reasonable ) service kit?

Cheers
Dave

Thankyou Rogeriko,

Looking at the documentation there is doesn't see too bad a job to do. I'll give it a go.
