My results for January were:

3.87 kWp, slope 50 degrees, due south, lat 57.15

Total generation: 144.2kWh

Daily average: 4.65kWh

Generation per kWp: 37.2kWh

Daily average per kWp: 1.2kWh

PVGIS: 104kWh

%PVGIS: 138%

System: Ground mounted 3.84kWp, slope 40, 15 east of south,, Lat 50 40' West Dorset.   
    12 months generation to the end of January 2020 was 3687.2 kWh (960.2 kWh/kWp)
January Generation:
2012 - 149.1 kWh
2013 - 110.4 kWh
2014 - 124.5 kWh
2015 - 160.7 kWh
2016 - 129.8 kWh
2017 - 141.2 kWh
2018 - 126.7 kWh
2019 - 121.3 kWh
2020 -   98.2 kWh

A year ago I was saying that January was our worst ever bar one. Now we have the worst January bar none

PVGIS: 120 kWh not taking shading into account.
PVGIS: 112 kWh taking shading into account.(6.6 % reduction)

98.2 kWh. 87.7 % of PVGIS (shaded) prediction.
Generation per kWp: 25.6 kWh

Daily average
Predicted PVGIS (shaded): 3.6 kWh
Actual: 3.2 kWh
Daily average per kWp: 0.8 kWh

Best Day: 10.4 kWh on 21st
Best day per kWp: 2.7 kWh

Total monthly production

January 2020: 318.16 kWh

15.85 kWh/kWp

Average daily production: 10.26 kWh

Best day: 19/01 with 28.81 kWh
Worst day: 07/01 with 1.25 kWh

Roof setup on 4 sides, East, South and West, which keeps the peak power away from the 20.075 kWh maximum - inverter limited anyway at 15kWh.

Unfortunately this is the first January I've had the system so no data to compare it by  facepalm
