Hilarious! I saw another similar device that was just a Victron inverter-charger and a couple of pylontech batteries!

@dan_b: Have a look to see if yours is the same. If so it is a 24V system. You can expand it by adding a pair of 12V 110Ah batteries in parallel.

Seems a strange response.

It is how a lot of battery systems start and then evolve.
Start with a proven unit to get into the market and then improve from there.

Sounds similar technology to
