Here's the answer to the question nobody ever actually wanted to know.
One handed, filming yourself at 200mph on a public motorway.  Holy moly.

I used to own an Audi RS2. I tracked it a few times and got to 140mph in it.  I've driven a Ferrari at Silverstone and hit 160mph. I like fast cars. But this - no way.  I hope he's caught and thrown in jail. And before he's thrown in jail his Audi is crushed with him watching.

Is it a problem? Ownership of a German car permits the driver to ignore the highway code wherever and whenever he/she thinks fit. Round my way the roads are infested with them; they go past my house, (30), often in excess of 70mph in the early hours. They pass on the wrong side of traffic islands and roundabouts if there is a car in the way at the speed limit. Red lights? Creep through them until they are almost over the junction, them just slip away... I watched a mum and daughter nearly killed 200yds down the road from me when an audiot spadded at the tunnel; luckily I had held back to let the bikes go first when they had the green, they started off and out of the tunnel comes an audi TiT doing 40mph. It was so quick I didn't get his number. All parties shocked and startled.  Shocked
If they crushed all the carp drivers round my way, there would be no German cars left on the road!

Years ago it was Volvo drivers, then BMW drivers, whom drove in the BMW Lane!
Now it it primarily the owners of Black cars. I dont know why. But a great deal of them think they are invisible. They drive with no lights on especially when the weather is bad and the visibility is poor. Black cars should be discouraged from sale. They get hotter in warm weather and the aircon uses more energy and hence wastes fuel.

As for the clown on the M23. I hope he has a blowout and hits a big tree at high speed. There will be no wasted costs for hospitalisation or imprisonment. I just hope no innocent third party gets hurt in the process by this idiot or any other.
