Wow, my first post and it is a bit random, I've had solar for ~3 years now (self installed), I've just added a growatt sp2000 and battery system, it has a remote CT clamp system which is great for me as my batteries and solar are on my summer house.

Now, here is the issue, the CT clamp is a very tight fit on the 25mm2 cables, in fact after 3 days of messing around and not understanding why it isn't doing as expected I've found it under reads because of this. Surely this can't be right? Surely I should not need to take the top layer of insulation off to get it to fit?
Luckily I have a Henderson block installed with smaller tails and, if I put it on there it reads correctly, but then it only reads half the houses current usage.
Can I get a bigger clamp? I've no idea, I'm past my knowledge level of what to do!
Help please
