Hi folks, long time no posting here.

Well finally tackling North facing breeze block (non standard 1960s esque variety) with 1980s condensation filled PVC glass. Latter holed by an air-rifle a decade before we bought the house!

Internal insulation boarding fitted some years ago.

Any suggestions for insulation/damp proofing under internal sill / window board?
