Well Tod, beef stew with dumplings, tatties, carrots and neeps all cooked on stove today. Can fit 3 pans on top with ecofan still in place and running. Very happy! Smiley




Thanks for the thought and pointer. Makes cooking fun and enormously satisfying! SWMBO & I are having an absolute hoot!
