People are used to vehicles making a certain amount of engine and mechanical noise, so why not put the ordinary noise from a delivery truck in it?
If I ever get an electric vehicle, it will have a 16CSVT engine sound; a glorious symphony of 16 cylinders and 4 separate turbo-chargers. (All mostly gone now)
