Ted,

Any idea when do we find out what will happen. I thought I read that it'll be the end of December....but is it 'the end of December if we could be bothered, but actually more like the 31st March' or will it be a punctual release?

The first round results should have been published last week. But there are rumours that there have been disagreements between gov departments that is causing delay.

A spokesman for DECC confirmed that the consultation with responses would be published in the New Year, but refused to comment on whether or not this was originally due to be announced last week.

Meanwhile it seems that LCBP Phase II funds for PV have run out again - http://www.businessgreen.com/business-green/news/2254421/rea-warns-solar-incentive

Typical! Why can't they set up performance-related pay for civil servants. If they did, they wouldn't cost us a penny.
